Assembly Passes AB 983 (Skinner)

Dear Colleagues,

AB 983 (Skinner), which would permit ASES and 21st CCLC programs to use their base grants to conduct weekend activities, passed the Assembly yesterday by a floor vote of 52 to 26. AB 434 (Block) should be up for a vote today.
