"This bill would permit, to the extent consistent with federal and state privacy laws, local education agencies receiving ASES funding to share the following pupil data with their sub-contracted providers: School day attendance records, Standardized Testing and Reporting scores, California High School Exit Exam scores, California English Language Development Test results, and California Healthy Kids Survey results.  It would also require the department to enter ASES program attendance and measurable outcomes into the California Longitudinal Pupil Achievement Data System."
